988fb Responsible Gaming
Entertainment should be enjoyable — not a burden. 988fb gives you the tools and information to play safely and mindfully, so every moment stays fun.
What is Responsible Gaming?
Online gaming and casino is purely a form of entertainment. At 988fb, we believe gaming is truly enjoyable only when it is played within your own means and time. Responsible gaming means setting a budget consciously, managing your time, and never treating gaming as a source of income.
Our platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. Protecting every player is our top priority. That is why we provide effective tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, and time-out to keep you in control at all times.
While playing, keep in mind that every game outcome is completely random and no specific result is guaranteed. Placing more bets to recover lost money is never a solution. 988fb is always here for you — to keep your entertainment safe.
Our Safety Tools
Deposit Limit
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded — so there is no risk of going beyond your budget. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, you can take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, logging into your account or making any transactions will not be possible. It gives you the chance to clear your head.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, choose the self-exclusion option. Options range from 6 months to permanent closure. During this period, reactivating the account will not be possible.
24/7 Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is always ready for any issue. Contact us directly via live chat — we are here for you. No matter how small or large the problem, we are committed to helping.
Gaming History Review
You can view your complete betting and transaction history at any time. Analyse your own play patterns and make informed decisions. Transparency is part of our commitment.
Age Verification
Only users aged 21 and above can register at 988fb. Age is verified at the time of registration, and additional identity confirmation may be requested in cases of doubt.
21+ Age Requirement
Online gaming in Bangladesh is for adults only. 988fb strictly ensures that minors cannot access the platform. Our age verification process is transparent and reliable.
If there are underage members in your household, we recommend using parental control software on your device. 988fb never markets its products or services to minors.
If you suspect that a minor is using your account, please notify our support team immediately.
For users aged 21 and above only
To create an account and play at 988fb, you must be at least 21 years old. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Recognise the Warning Signs
It is very important to recognise early on whether gaming is becoming a problem. If you or someone close to you shows the signs below, it is time to seek help.
- Repeatedly depositing beyond your budget and placing larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
- Being unable to stop playing — feeling an overwhelming urge to keep going even after a win.
- Spending more time gaming while neglecting responsibilities to family, friends, or work.
- Lying to or hiding gaming activity from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when unable to play.
- Taking loans or borrowing money from family to cover gaming expenses.
- Prioritising gaming over eating, sleeping, or personal care.
If you notice any one of the signs above in yourself, please contact us via live chat or email us at [email protected]. We are ready to help you without judgment.
8 Tips for Safe Play
Set a Budget
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Accept that this amount may be lost — never try to recover lost money.
Stick to a Time Limit
Set a time limit before each session. Use a time-out or alarm so you do not spend too long playing. Taking regular breaks keeps your mind clear.
Do Not Treat Gaming as a Source of Income
Online casino is a place for entertainment, not a way to earn money. Every game outcome is random and there is no guaranteed method of winning.
Do Not Play Under Stress or Alcohol
Placing large bets when under pressure or in an emotional state is risky. Make gaming decisions with a clear head and full awareness.
Set a Deposit Limit
Use 988fb's deposit limit feature. It will automatically prevent you from depositing more than your set amount.
Plan What to Do With Winnings
When you win, set aside a portion rather than betting it all again. Withdrawing a share of your winnings makes the enjoyment last longer.
Let Your Family Know
Tell a family member or trusted friend about your gaming habits. Their observation will help you stay within healthy limits.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you feel you are losing control, contact our live chat immediately. Asking for help is not weakness — it is a sign of courage.
988fb's Commitment
We are not just a gaming platform — we are accountable for the wellbeing of every one of our players. Below are our core commitments.
Transparent and Fair Play
All games at 988fb operate according to fair play principles. Every outcome is determined completely impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is influenced artificially.
Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal and financial information is secured by SSL encryption. Your data is never sold or shared with any third party. Please read our privacy policy in full.
Fast and Secure Transactions
A minimum deposit of ৳100 and a minimum withdrawal of ৳500 are available. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed within 1 hour.
Protection of Minors
Through a strict age verification process, we ensure that users under 21 cannot access the platform. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
Support for Players in Difficulty
If a player is in difficulty, we extend a helping hand without judgment. In addition to self-exclusion, time-out, and limit-setting, our 24/7 live chat support is always available.
